Stupid Racing
A deliberately dumb kart racer made just for fun.
Stupid Racing is a silly, unserious racing game that Ed Lu and I made during a game jam. Normally we would both try to make games that blew people away, but we had both been very busy with our day jobs. We wanted to make something dumb, just to lower the creative expectations on ourselves.
So… Stupid Racing was born!
I didn’t do any programming on this one. Instead, I made the art and music.
It was really fun working with Ed, whose talents I’ve always deeply respected. He has made some pretty cool stuff, including Slay the Spire 2, Wizard with a Gun and Breakpoint, so I’m happy to share a title with him!
